For: 9th-12th Grade Guys

Time: 3:30-5:30pm Tuesday afternoons

What's it cost? Nothing!

Everyone who want's to participate in Vermilion County's Parkour Club must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. You must also have a parent/guardian bring you to the club the first time you attend. You can get a waiver when you come or download one here.

You'll Learn Parkour techniques including...

Precisions
Kongs
Vaults (Lazy, Speed, Dash, etc.)
Wall runs
Safety Precautions and risk management.
Exercises and warm up routines

And as you progress you'll learn freerunning tricks and flips, as you're physically able to.
